Bio

I'm particularly interested in behavioral ecology, conservation biology, vertebrate ecology, and human-wildlife interactions. However, I'm a firm believer that the people you're with and the questions being asked are more important than any specific field or system. I've found happiness working with anything from cervids, to soil, to solitary bees.

When not working on my alliteration, I enjoy traveling, sports, and convincing my parents that I have a real job. Following graduate school, I would love to become a research professor. I find teaching particularly rewarding and exciting; there's no telling what the next generation of scientists will achieve.
